Managing your child’s sleep challenges can be stressful, exhausting and emotionally upsetting.
If you’ve read all (or few) of the sleep books and tried to make changes but gave up after a few difficult attempts, we can help. A book cannot take into account your family’s unique situation, parenting style, daytime/nighttime routines and your baby’s specific needs and responses.

An individual phone consult begins with data collection and assessment of your situation and goals and your baby’s nighttime and daytime patterns and sleep associations. Our sleep experts work with you to create a personalized sleep plan, including tips for implementation and built-in follow up several days later for ongoing adjustments, questions and support.

Consults are $89 for Members ($99 non-Members) by appointment.

You’ll complete an online sleep questionnaire and brief sleep/nap log, and will be contacted within 48 hours (usually within 24 hours) by your sleep consultant, to schedule your phone consultation at a time convenient to you.
Phone appointments may be scheduled for daytime or evening, weekdays or weekends, based on your preference and availability. When two parents are involved in nighttime care, it’s beneficial for both to participate. The initial consultation usually takes about 45 minutes and a 15 minute follow-up call within several days is included in the consult fee. Additional follow-ups are available on request.
