Movin’ Moms is a great way for moms and their babies to spend time together! This unique fitness program focuses on regaining and maintaining strength after childbirth. Each class focuses on strength training each major muscle group with an emphasis on the core. It is appropriate and challenging for ALL levels and allows you to share important bonding moments with your baby by using your baby’s natural weight and growth to increase resistance during the workout. Appropriate for babies until they start walking.
Please bring a receiving blanket and a few soft toys for your baby and a water bottle to class.
Movin’ Moms is available late Fall to early Spring. Please check out our Strollerobics class during the Spring and Summer.
