Pregnancy naturally separates a mother’s outermost abdominal muscles to make room for her growing uterus. Called a diastasis, this separation does not close up in most new moms. With each pregnancy this separation gets larger, which is why women show earlier with each pregnancy. The evidence-based exercises taught in this seminar, supported by research from Columbia University Department of Physical Therapy, will help you close this separation and regain flat abs, a strong core and a strong back.
