Breastfeeding Drop-in Group

This FREE drop-in group is staffed by one of our Board Certified Lactation Consultants to answer your breastfeeding questions. Common topics include: increasing milk supply, managing over-supply or over-active let-down, selecting a pump, expressing and storing breastmilk, preparing to return to work, practicing positions for nursing in public or nursing lying down, and identifying normal feeding and sleeping patterns. An infant scale is available for following your baby’s growth. While this drop-in breastfeeding group is not a substitute for an individual lactation consultation, minor or ongoing concerns and issues may be addressed in this setting. No registration is required.

Our Breastfeeding Drop In Group meets on the following weekdays (except on holidays):

• Mondays in Needham at 3 PM
• Tuesdays in Boston at 10:15 AM
• Wednesdays in Arlington at 3 PM
• Fridays in Brookline at 3PM
