Learn how to develop or maintain your strength, tone, balance and flexibility in our fitness classes for expecting and new moms. Babies are welcome to our postpartum classes. For greater flexibility and convenience for our clients we are now using a drop-in “punch card” system for the majority of our fitness classes.
All fitness classes are on a first come, first served basis – please check in at the front desk when you arrive.
