Focus on your pregnancy and new-mom wellness while also enjoying that community experience in our fitness and yoga classes. All of our instructors are experienced with prenatal and postpartum techniques, and our classes are designed specifically for these unique times in life. Learn how to develop or maintain your strength, tone, balance, and flexibility as well as strengthen your core, improve your posture, reduce lower back pain, and help you gain energy. Babies are welcome to our postpartum classes.
All fitness classes are on a first come, first served basis – please check in at the front desk when you arrive.

| Mom & Baby Yoga - Take four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth with babies who are not actively crawling |
| Private Prenatal Yoga - One-on-one Prenatal Yoga sessions for more customized yoga practices. |
| Isis Abs - Practice exercises that are essential for strengthening your core. Take anytime post baby (minimum of four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth). Babies who are not actively crawling are welcome as observers. |
