Stay fit with our unique and flexible fitness and yoga program!

Focus on your pregnancy and new-mom wellness while also enjoying that community experience in our fitness and yoga classes. All of our instructors are experienced with prenatal and postpartum techniques, and our classes are designed specifically for these unique times in life. Learn how to develop or maintain your strength, tone, balance, and flexibility as well as strengthen your core, improve your posture, reduce lower back pain, and help you gain energy. Babies are welcome to our postpartum classes.

Fitness Pass

You may purchase a 10-class Fitness Pass for $139 ($166 for non-members) that enables you to attend the classes you choose, whenever you choose. There is no need to pre-register! Simply purchase the 10-class card and drop-in to the classes that best fit your schedule. The Fitness Pass can be used for all fitness & yoga classes at any of our locations.

All fitness classes are on a first come, first served basis – please check in at the front desk when you arrive.

  • $13.90 a class for Members with a pre-paid, 10-class Fitness Pass
  • $19.80 for a Single Session class as a Member
  • $22.00 for a Single Session class as a Non-member

Fitness passes are non-refundable and expire after 6 months.

Wellness Special Event – Couples Yoga Workshop

This workshop provides an opportunity for couples to connect with each other and the coming baby in a light, fun atmosphere. Couples will practice yoga postures and experience a deeper sense of release and stretching through sharing weight and touch with their partners. Couples will also learn different yoga sequences to use during labor, getting in and out of alternative birthing positions, and techniques to relieve pain and increase endorphins. All levels of experience with yoga are welcome, even beginners!

Prenatal Yoga - Take any time during pregnancy
Mom & Baby Yoga - Take four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth with babies who are not actively crawling
Private Prenatal Yoga - One-on-one Prenatal Yoga sessions for more customized yoga practices.
Isis Abs - Practice exercises that are essential for strengthening your core. Take anytime post baby (minimum of four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth). Babies who are not actively crawling are welcome as observers.
