Retail Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Know all products in the store and articulate their benefits and uses to our clients.
• Assist clients with purchases and process special requests, sales and returns.
• Provide Isis Maternity clients with consistently high quality service and attention.
• Create and maintain an inviting and comfortable shopping experience that includes well-stocked shelves, organized displays and merchandise.
• Communicate client comments, suggestions and requests to the center manager and retail team.
• Participate in yearly physical inventory and ongoing cycle counts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional client relations abilities.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of products, operations, merchandise presentation and customer service.
• High energy level and passion for retail with an emphasis on customer service.
• A working knowledge of Retail Pro is a plus
