About the Position:

The Retail Associate focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels on the store floor, managing creative product displays and assisting clients in choosing product offerings. Full and part-time opportunities exist and candidates must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Know all products in the store and articulate their benefits and uses to clients.
• Assist clients with purchases and process special requests, sales and returns.
• Provide Isis Maternity clients with consistently high quality service and attention.
• Create and maintain an inviting and comfortable shopping experience that includes well-stocked shelves, organized displays and merchandise.
• Communicate client comments, suggestions and requests to the center manager and retail team.
• Participate in yearly physical inventory and ongoing cycle counts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven sales skills and competency.
• Exceptional client relations abilities.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• High energy level and passion for retail with an emphasis on customer service.
• A working knowledge of CAM Commerce is a plus.
• A minimum of two years experience in merchandise design preferred.
• Willingness to sell maternity and infant care products
