Susan S.  IBCLC

Susan brings to Isis Maternity nearly ten years of experience as a doula, childbirth educator, breastfeeding educator, lactation consultant, and mother. For the past seven years she has run La Leche League of Boston, counseling breastfeeding mothers through phone calls and monthly meetings. Susan currently is the Coordinator of Lactation Services for Dorchester House, a community health center in Boston. In 2002 she received recognition of outstanding promotion, education and support of breastfeeding from the Breastfeeding Institute at Boston Medical Center. Susan earned a BA from Pratt Institute.
