Sheri G.

In 2005, Sheri left the corporate world in search of a more creative and fulfilling career. She went to the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA, and earned certification in Kripalu yoga and prenatal yoga. Sheri has been teaching ever since...right up to the birth of her first child in the spring of 2006! She practiced yoga regularly throughout her pregnancy, used asana to help with natural labor, and now enjoys the wonders of doing yoga with a baby. With enthusiasm and compassion, Sheri teaches classes that are perfect for yogis of all experience levels. (Sheri also works as a freelance writer/editor.)
