Kim P.
Kim is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor and an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer. She teaches throughout the Greater Boston area and publishes the website PilatesFitnessJournal.com. Kim focuses on breathing, posture, flexibility and strength related to prenatal and postpartum needs. She began studying weight training while getting her BA in college and later studied to become a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Prior to focusing on working with people physically, Kim studied the mind, body, and spirit on a graduate level at the Harvard Divinity School where she attained her Masters Degree.
