Karen Z.

Karen Zelinsky is a certified yoga teacher and HypnoBirthing facilitator. Karen received her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School and has studied prenatal yoga at Finding Inner Peace Yoga School and Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. In 2005, Karen trained to be a HypnoBirthing facilitator with Marie Mongan, the founder of HypnoBirthing. Karen currently teaches HypnoBirthing and prenatal yoga for Isis Maternity and Harvard Vanguard. Throughout her 2003 pregnancy, Karen practiced HypnoBirthing and prenatal yoga. Thanks to this preparation the birth of her son was a short, natural, beautiful birthing experience. It was this experience that led to Karen's current path of helping other women empower themselves to experience pregnancy and birth in a calm and peaceful environment.
