Jennifer is a child development specialist with many years of experience supporting families with children from birth to age three. Before starting a family, she worked at Children's Hospital at the Brazelton Institute as a trainer and faculty member where she taught pediatric professionals the Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale, a newborn scale designed by Dr. Brazelton. Jennifer's clinical work includes a position at Boston Medical Center in Developmental Pediatrics and a three-year position in Early Intervention as a child development and behavior specialist. Most recently, she completed a three-year clinical position at Massachusetts General Hospital as a member of the national Healthy Steps for Young Children Program. Her teaching experience includes training pediatric residents in child development and behavior at both MGH and Boston Medical Center. She also taught a graduate course in Child Assessment at Tufts University at the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Development. In addition to teaching, Jennifer has consulted to television and movie production companies where she provided developmental support and advice in programming for young children.She obtained her master's degree in Child Clinical Developmental Psychology at Tufts University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from The College of Wooster in Ohio. Jennifer is the proud mother of two busy boys, ages four and seven!
