Cindy M.  MSW, M.Ed.

Cindy Meltzer has been working in social work and education for 12 years. She began her career in health policy, and later ran a technology center for at-risk youth. That experience led her to pursue an education degree, and she taught middle school outside of Syracuse, NY for four years. Cindy earned her BS from Lesley University, her MSW from Boston College, and her M.Ed. from Syracuse University. Cindy is pleased to be back in the Boston area and upon returning, worked as an adjunct instructor at Lesley University. By far her most challenging and rewarding job has been raising her two preschool-aged children with husband Dan. She aims to use her skills as an educator and social worker to share valuable information and support new parents, having recently been "in the trenches" with newborns of her own.
