Chris J.  MSN, CNM, Cert. Yoga Instr.

Chris is the director of our childbirth education program. She is a registered nurse, certified nurse midwife and certified yoga instructor with more than ten years of maternity care experience in both educational and clinical roles. She has attended more than 500 births and taught more than 100 parent/childbirth education classes for several organizations, including Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Cambridge Hospital. Chris served in the Peace Corps in Honduras and is fluent in Spanish. She received a MSN from Yale University and a BA from Middlebury College. Chris enjoys time with her husband, Jim, and their son and daughter, ages four and six.
