Carolyn G.  BN, RN, RYT

Carolyn is a registered nurse, certified infant massage instructor and yoga teacher specializing in prenatal and mom and baby yoga. She first discovered the benefits of yoga to new mothers when she started working as a labor and delivery nurse in Calgary, Canada over 11 years ago. Since then her career in maternal/child health has evolved as yoga has become a core part of her philosophy on life. Carolyn's passion for sharing yoga and infant massage with others has grown from her own transformation within the practice, especially during her own pregnancy and journey into motherhood. Carolyn has seen the power of yoga and massage as a tool for promoting bonding and positive parent/child relationships. It is important to her that the classes she teaches provide a warmly supportive environment that allow mothers to get to know their babies and have fun together.
