Michelle Fortier

Michelle is a principal at Megunticook Management, an investment firm based in Boston. Before Megunticook, she worked at Riverside Partners. Michelle holds an M.B.A from Stanford Business School and a B.A. and B.E. from Dartmouth College. She is a board member of Isis Maternity and Verrillon and is an observer at Aegis Lightwave, Datatrac, Redshift Systems, South Florida Media Group, Telwares, and Wisor. She was previously a board observer at Telephia (sold to The Nielsen Company).

Stanley M. Goldstein

Stan is an entrepreneur, investor, board member, and advisor to early stage companies. He is a founder and Chairman of Sleep HealthCenters, the largest provider of sleep medicine services in Massachusetts. Prior to founding SHC, Mr. Goldstein was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Rehabilitation Centers (PRC).

In addition to serving as Chairman of Sleep HealthCenters and a director of Isis Maternity, Mr. Goldstein has served as an advisor to and director of the Telluride Group, Inc., and as an advisor to Smarter Living.com and to Repromedix. He is the immediate past President of the Board of Directors of the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center and is currently a director of the Berkshire Institute for Music and Arts. Mr. Goldstein received a B.S. in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Health Care Management from Boston University.

Johanna Myers McChesney

Jo is the President and CEO of Isis Maternity. She has more than thirteen years of management experience in the health care industry. Prior to starting Isis Maternity, she worked in the strategy consulting practice at Accenture, where she helped health care and other clients to address their strategic business and technology needs. Previously, Jo was a project director at Harvard University’s Medical School and School of Public Health where she conducted health care policy research on issues including health care quality and access to health care for underserved populations. Jo received her MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BA from Kenyon College. She is the mother of two outstanding little boys – Jackson and Tyler.

Stephen P. Schrodel

Steve founded Isis Maternity and ran the company for its first four years. He is currently a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a strategic consulting firm in Boston. Prior to starting Isis Maternity, Steve worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he helped medical centers and health plans with strategic, operational and financial challenges. Previously, he was an Associate at the Alpha Center (now AcademyHealth), where he assisted states with policy and regulatory issues. He also served as communications director for the Vermont Health Care Authority under Governor Howard Dean. Steve received a BA from Middlebury College and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Arlington, MA, with his wife Phoebe and their son Graham.

Jeremy M. Sclar

Gerrald B. Silverman

Over a span of almost 25 years, Jerry Silverman has served in various executive leadership capacities at Levi Strauss and Co. and The Stride Rite Corporation. He has worked on many great consumer Brands including Levi’s, Dockers, Stride Rite Children’s, and Keds. His most recent position was President of the Keds Corporation. He has run both Wholesale and Retail Operations and was noted for his leadership, work ethic, and ability to build strong teams. Jerry currently serves as President, Foundation for Jewish Camping. He is married to Erica Silverman, and they have 5 children ranging in age from 10-19 years of age.
